Powder-based supplements and meal replacement bars may offer those of us frequently on the go a convenient option, but we are not confident that they are superior to some other products on the market.

When paired with diet and exercise, men and women may finally be able to regulate their “bad” cholesterol levels, while boosting their HDL, or “good,” levels – without resorting to prescription drugs.
