| Enhanced Cholesterol Blocker |

Review
Summary |
Enhanced Cholesterol Blocker, by Vibrant Health®, is actually not a daily dietary supplement, but comes in the form of chewable wafers. Vibrant Health® is noted for its numerous supplements; it promotes basic formulas and imports herbs from as far as China. The product in question also contains simple ingredients, and is said to support healthy cholesterol levels. We find the Beta-Sitosterol Complex included in the formula to be attractive.
Nevertheless, we believe the formula may not be as efficient as some others. For one thing, it clearly seems to lack a significant amount of Phytosterols to meaningfully reduce LDL levels. Therefore, we will take a closer look at the Enhanced Cholesterol Blocker ingredients. We will also look at its availability, its desirability, whether there may be evidence backing its claims, and whether it may be coming with any attractive offers.

 | Ingredients at a Glance |
|
As per the official Vibrant Health® website, Enhanced Cholesterol Blocker contains some of the following ingredients: Policosanol (Rice Bran Wax), Beta-Sitosterol (Soy), Stigmasterol, Campesterol and some other Phytosterols. We like these Plant Sterols. However, it should be noted that the formula only contains 237 mg of Beta-Stosterol per chewable wafer; meanwhile, the other Sterols add up to about 250 mg only. We believe that the formula may not have the optimum amount of Phytosterols.

 | Ingredients in Focus |
|
Beta-Sitosterol seems to be a genuinely different and potentially beneficial ingredient. As per numerous reports published in famous journals, like, for instance, European Heart Journal or Journal of Clinical Nutrition, cholesterol absorption is found to be significantly reduced when meals are supplemented with Beta-Sitosterol and other Plant Sterols. However, one thing to note may be that these Sterols need to be taken in optimum and judicious amounts. The product in question only supplies around 500 mg of Plant Sterols, which may not be enough.

 | Website |

We appreciate that Vibrant Health® has an official online presence. We feel that such official websites are a must to ensure quality customer service; furthermore, such websites may provide official information about the company, as well as its manufacturing practices. More importantly, buying directly from the manufacturer through official websites cuts the middleman, and thereby reduces refund hassles and the price of the product.
However, at this time, we could not locate an exclusive website for the product. Usually, we have found that the quality of a product directly correlates with the existence and quality of the product website; such exclusive portals usually provide testimonials, detailed product information and direct customer service hotlines, as well as cite research reports and scientific evidence.

 | Final Thoughts |
|
Given the causes of hypercholesterolemia and its effects, it is strongly recommended to take a course of action and actively try to lower LDL levels. Exercising and being careful of your diet is important. However, such actions by themselves may not be enough. In light of all the evidence and research-based findings, it may be wise to supplement a diet with Phytosterols.
Therefore, an individual wishing to lower their bad cholesterol count may choose to look at other options. On the other hand, we may be more concerned about the possible side effects of pharmaceutical drugs than with our LDL levels. The question then is essentially about how much Phytosterols may be sufficient and optimum for the body to meaningfully reduce LDL levels. Some recent studies seem to have shown that we may have to take about 1,000 mg of these Phytosterols daily to meaningfully lower the bad cholesterol count
