The main ingredient in this formula is Jiaogulan, which is also known as “Southern Ginseng” or “Poor Man’s Ginseng.” This herb has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries within China, and is said to have antioxidant and adaptogenic effects. However, when it comes to effective ingredients on the market, we are not confident that Jiaogulan may be as beneficial as Plant Sterols when it comes to the reduction of high cholesterol. This ingredient works by fooling the digestive system that it is cholesterol. When ingested, the body will absorb the Plant Sterols, and cholesterol from foods will be flushed out of the body. Furthermore, this ingredient has been FDA-approved.

As of review, the information published about this product is quite limited, and we are disappointed to discover that not even the manufacturer is disclosed. However, this formula is moderately priced and may be found for sale for as low as about $12 per bottle. Unfortunately, since there is no product website, it does not appear that GinkGulan™ comes with a money-back guarantee.
We would like to note that before purchasing any supplement, we suggest that individuals make sure the product comes with a money-back guarantee that is honored for at least 60 days. We find such guarantees are indicative that the company is confident the product will work as advertised.
